The move features a unique story and characters and an all-star voice cast. :Job Description:ResponsibilitiesLead the development of the company world products.Manage subcontractors in the U.S./Europe/Asia in the field of online virtual worlds and game developers.Build and manage an in-house development team.Manage a research project in collaboration with 3rd parties, creating. proprietary IP for the company.Create and manage a technology vision and roadmap.Requirements:Minimum 10 years experience in R&D management in related fields.In-depth knowledge of software development ino graphics applications (3D preferably Maya, Flash, Flex, Action Script).o Web 2.0 environments.Excellent communication and management skills – in-house teams and subcontractors.Fluent English.
